We are an international team all sharing the passion for innovation, education and technology. We come from science, engineering and product design backgrounds, which results in a team that has the technological expertise to understand where the current curricula of schools is coming short in providing the best education possible for our future generations.
Nuno Charneca
Biophysical Engineer, PhD in Geographical and Geoinformatics Engineering. Director of the company InovLabs (inovlabs.com) - STEAM strategy for education. Teacher trainer. Coordination of R&D projects associated with education. Coordinator of the “Change Makers – Cascais” space in partnership with NUCLIO – Center for Astronomy and Innovation in Education (nuclio.org). A Maker culture space to support primary and secondary education and teacher training.
Luis Felipe Costa
He has a PhD in Systems and Computer Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ and coordinator of the research line Government of Laboratory of the Future. Currently, he works on research into gender equality, self-regulation of learning, gamification, games and topics related to learning in STEM. He was Coordinator of Technological Innovations and Director of Governance and Information Systems at the Secretariat of Logistics and Information Technology of the Brazilian Government
Mick Mengucci
Mining engineer, MSc in georesources, PhD in engineering sciences, guest associate professor at ISEL on the multimedia engineering course (LEIM), professional guitarist/composer/singer and slammer poet. He has developed digital interaction projects with Lab.I.O (Laboratório Interação e Oralidade). in the artistic and sonification field. He has been coordinating and developing projects with Inovlabs since 2020

Fernanda Victorello
.Illustrator, exhibited in Brazil, Europe and USA, participated and received awards in national and international art exhibitions. She works in advertising and design agencies; entered the fashion market in addition to working on projects for musicians and bands. Graduated in Industrial Design from Fine Arts University Center, she concluded Academic Extension in Jewelry Creation and UI/UX Design Specialization at CAL Arts - California Institute of Arts. In parallel she graduated in Artistic Design, Advertising Illustration and Graphic Design at the Brazilian Academy of Art.

Diogo Augusto
At INOVLABS I perform two major functions, the preparation and presentation of programming, robotics and 3D modeling classes in several schools in the Municipality of Oeiras and the development of projects in partnership with these schools and other companies, including planning, reporting and monitoring of students in the various processes.

João Rodrigues
João Rui Oliveira was born in 1980. He studied painting at the Macau Polytechnic and at Ar.co in Lisbon. Since then he has been developing several artistic projects especially related to music and visual arts.
